Currently 4 weeks PP and me and the hubby tried to have sex - I had a section and my scar has healed so I felt ready. But I was soo sore down below we had to stop, has anyone else had this after a section?

Your external scar might be healed, but internally, you might not be quite ready yet. A csection is a lot on your body. X
Exactly the same for me and my hubby. Outside seems fine, but internally it’s still sore. We tried at 4 weeks and 5 weeks but stopped both times. I’m 6 weeks PP now but we’re gunna wait a couple of weeks before trying again x

One thing I've seen is it can be quite dry for a while- which could lead to soreness
