@Samira ooh. I love chocolate specifically anything that is similar to brownies. Lol. But yeah... It's hard. I'm trying to stay active though!!
Green tea ice cream. I have a small bowl most nights. It’s the one thing no one else touches because only I eat it 😂 I’ve lost my baby weight so I can eat it w no guilt, after years of Intermittent fasting I can treat myself some days
@Kellie hahaha green tea ice cream is my guilty pleasure with biscoff cookies
@Sylvia SO hard! I’ve lost 30+ lbs before, but it’s a whole different ball game now with an infant, stress, and birth control. Diet is def more important when losing weight.
I will have to try your warm milk mixed with green tea...it sounds delicious 😋 I love chocolate too. A great healthy substitute is Greek yogurt, peanut butter and unsweetened cocoa powder. Tastes like a Reese's cup!
@Sarah ooh! You’d probably love this. I made it and it was SO GOOD!! Tastes like a Snicker’s https://www.instagram.com/reel/CwQwAS2NocD/?igsh=eHlnd3N6aTE3b2k5
Popcorn I need to loose the baby weight but honestly it's a battle
Chocolate… lately any type of chocolate.. I can’t stop eating it. I haven’t had this much chocolate pre-pregnancy or even during pregnancy
@Sarah I just started drinking mostly green tea with whole milk and my supply increased by 20 mL. I used to pump 170ml and now I do 190ml after a 5 hour waiting period. I don't do every 3 hours because that's exhausting. My baby wakes up every 4-5 hours so that's how I do it now with the pump. I'm not sure if it's the milk tea , or if I'm pumping more efficiently/longer. Lols. Cus I used to pump for 7 minutes now I do 15 minutes.
I just got over my chocolate cravings. And now I have a salty craving for tortilla chips. But they make me full and I stop eating after a while and don't eat sugar. I track everything in the loseit app on my phone and am projected to weigh 130lbs down from 180lbs in a year... But even if I get down to like 150lbs I'll be happy.
I LOVE almost any dessert or anything sweet. I’m in the process of losing baby weight too, so I supplement with healthy sweets like dark chocolate or fruit.
