Would this breathing concern you?

Yeah I would be going doctors aswel. This is what my daughter sounded like when she had croup. Hope she’s ok xx

@Abbie that was my first thought. She had only got like at 2pm when I woke her from her nap. She got ill yesterday, so the fact I'm getting her seen tonight will just give me that reassurance and having medicine on hand if I need it. The worst part about being a parent 😱 Glad you agree with me xx

Yeah I agree that sounds very croupy, poor darling 🥺 lovely to see she's still happy though xx

Have you looked at her ribs to see if she is sucking in and looked for signs of tracheal tug? If she is showing either of those I'd take her to A&E but if it's just the noise then wait for the GP. Hope she's OK xx

@Abbie well the doctor wasn't confident in what she was saying, but she said there is some sort of infection there as her right side of chest is crackling, so she believes she has a chest infection and has prescribed antibiotics. Hoping it is just that and the medicine works quickly 🤞🏻 She seems well in herself, other than the usual symptoms for it, but just got to watch her breathing tonight more so xx

@Sophie @Chloe she is doing ok thank you. Slept all night and had a lay in. No concerns with her breathing through the night thank god. She's had 3 doses of antibiotics now too so should be on the mend soon 🤞🏻❤️
