I have the same pram and issue , if it’s the getting the frame up and down then you need to pinch the pram together then press the grey button if it’s getting stuck, I find shoving it between my legs to “squeeze” the frame if that makes sense? it’s a right bloody pain I wish I didn’t buy it!! We’ve just ordered a silvercross clic which came highly recommended to us. Yet to try . Wheels look very small so not sure if it would withstand rocky paths? Xx
@Niomi I’ve got it in ‘biscotti’ which is that pinky/cream colour and the frame and seat is getting so marked up and dented because it’s so light so I just figured something a bit more robust would be good for dirtier walks! It’s a gorgeous pram but I wish I listened to the 10+ people who told me not to get a light pram 😂
@Sophie and me! 😂 I’ve been looking all evening and the puggle urban terrain looks pretty good for walks and pretty reasonable price for the pram and cosy toes 😊
