Bedtimes
I’m trying to get my LO in a better sleep routine, what times do your little ones go to bed? He normally goes to sleep around 8.30/9ish but I feel like that is so late, his worn himself out tonight and is already asleep🤣

Bedtime either 7 or 7:30 depending on how late she woke up from her nap. She sleeps until 6:30/7.
Our son's bedtime is same as yours. If he goes any earlier he wakes up around 5am ready to start the day 😅. So I'd rather habe this and wake up at 7am

Mine sleeps at 8.30/9pm and wakes up at 8.30 on the dot
I jinxed it guys he woke up at 9pm😭 only just gone back down
6.30 to 7pm
6-7 goes down till about 7-8 the next morning xx
