I’ve just spoken with my midwife about this, the smaller they are the worse they are. I mentioned about the hands free mom cozy, she said they are ok but you will definitely get more of a flow with ones that don’t have such a smaller motor and they will only last a few months before they start to give up. I’ve gone for a hospital grade one from John Lewis which is under £200 for a double which has been recommended by friends and my midwife
