Painful breast whilst breastfeeding
I’ve got really painful breast when I press the breast and really raised veins and little lumps around the veins and after I pump it feels like a burning sensation has anyone had this and knows what it could be?

Try heat such as a shower or hot water bottle! Massaging helps and hand expressing gets in there a bit deeper than a pump x

Sounds like a blocked duct/engorged, pressured hot shower or bath helps me when this happens, massage down from the lump whilst feeding or while pumping x
