Whole milk
Please I need recommendations on the best whole milk options for my one year old. She’s really constipated since she started taking whole milk. I complained to the pediatrician but they said to continue and keep her hydrated. I really don’t want to keep her constipated constantly. She cry’s really bad when she’s backed up

Did you slowly introduce it to her? A sudden change can cause really bad tummy aches and constipation or diarrhea If you didn’t, try adding .5oz to her bottles of formula or breastmilk. And increase it by .5oz-1oz every 4-5days
Try fair life as it’s lactose free or another lactose free milk?
@Breanna her pediatrician advised that she should have atleast 24 ounces a day

Yes we use fair life and it’s been great for us. Also you given give your baby water. No more than 4 ounces a day or what your ped@Clairean recommends @Claire
