It's such a awful feeling, i don't even mean to do it st times the stress just gets so over welming and my brain explodes, I'm trying so hard lately not to let this happen, and after I come out of the rage I cry and say how sorry I am and give them so much love but it dosnt help with the guilt of it, my brain, body and soul is just so worn down all of the time and thank you I appreciate you wrighting to me xx

You’re really not alone, I’ve done all of the above 🥲 All I can say is try and get some support, or try and notice where in your body the rage starts (mine is in my stomach I can just feel it), the breathing - honestly even over exaggerated breathing shows the children you’re trying to regulate yourself!! And talking out loud “I’m feeling hungry and frustrated, I need to eat/leave me alone for 5 minutes please” It won’t always work, and you may rage again - and feel guilty again, but you’re acknowledging it, you’re feeling bad and hopefully you’re saying sorry and doing the repair work/apologies with your children??
