@SiobhanThank you, I feel relieved to know is a normal thing and not a sign of an ear infection. Does this keeps them awake and gives them discomfort at night time?
She wakes up a few times but does go back to sleep after like 10 minutes. For a while I was giving her teething powder before she went to sleep which helped. She hasn’t had it in a few weeks but she’s currently rubbing her ears in her sleep now 🫣 she also has a dummy not sure if that helps distract her
My LO does this I was told it’s her back teeth moving and they can be doing this for months🫣 but she does it all day not just at night.
