Is anyone finding that their Braxton hicks are becoming more intense and painful? I’m nearly 34 weeks and I feel like they’re getting more painful…. They definitely stop me in my tracks until they stop…

Yes and I find they’re worse in the car if the road is bumpy 😆
Yeah Im 32 weeks and had them the other night in bed when I was trying to sleep and they felt painful and it was a bit concerning. Not sure if it's normal 🤔
