in Low Papp-A
Uterine Doppler
Due to having low Papp-a I had a doppler for my 20 week scan. They said it was on the higher side and have therefore been referred to the high risk pregnancy clinic and will be having a scan again in 3 weeks to do the doppler again. Did anyone have this and their second doppler was in the normal range? If not, were you closely monitored regularly? What was the process with it all? This is my second baby but didn’t have this with my first and had low papp-a with my first so just a bit anxious

@Lia M I’m hoping it’ll be normal and it’s just baby’s position but if it isn’t then I know there will be a plan in place for monitoring etc but can’t help to feel anxious

I had this! It went back to normal on the second check and stayed normal after that. If it is high again they will monitor you closely and see what the best option is ( this is what they told me ) but it can be just the babies positioning too.
