I have asked my partner to massage it. It seems to be at the tailbone for me and it is immediately better. I also got pregnancy massage while first time pregnant and it also made it better
I’ve not got this yet, but I had it with my first and it’s awful (and if you’ve had it before more likely to get it again so I’m just waiting). Things I found helped last time were: • soaking in the bath with Epsom salts before bed • having a cushion or a pillow between my knees in bed or if I was laying on the sofa • weird one but avoiding hoovering as much as I could and avoiding going up / down stairs as much as I could. The more I did of these two things the more my back and hips hurt at night!
Yes soo bad. I have a desk job and my back is in bits. It's my lower back near my tailbone area and paracetamol just doesn't work. So uncomfortable 😖
Yes, me! I mentioned it to my midwife today at my 16 week appointment and she said to do pregnancy safe yoga or to try pelvic exercises. She said it’s due to ligaments stretching! Mine gets worse of an evening x
