You’d be surprised at the mix of crispy edge to soft creamy middle. Salty maybe not as buttery but I think better than mashed potatoes, but I got issues with thick creamy textures in all honesty

I love them roasted with rosemary & garlic

Sweet stuff shouldn’t be mixed with non sweet. ( for example, pineapples on pizza, mixing yams and mac & cheese, kettle corn ) 🤮yuckkkk lol
