@Ange when my little boy was newborn he needed to be fully asleep to be transferred into his crib but now he can go in there drowsy and fall asleep but i like the idea of self soothing because if he wakes up in the night and is not hungry he can then put himself back to sleep instead of getting upset because he can’t
Difference between self soothing and crying it out and that’s all imma say.
It’s really up to you. If it makes you uncomfortable don’t be worried. If your child is only 4 months old you still have lots of time to transition.
It’s completely you to you. Don’t let comments and judgments affect how you want to sloth your baby. There’s so many ways to do it. There is no right or wrong way of doing things. Your baby your choice and your rules. What I do is I let my daughter sleep on me as soon as she’s asleep or drifting to sleep I put her into her bed have been doing this since she was 10 days old. Now she’s 11 months and will just fall asleep on me where ever for example right now she feel asleep laying in my legs with in 10 mins. It’s all about what you find is best not what other people say or do. We can help and give advice but you know your bubba and what he needs and how to meet his needs remember that ❤️❤️
