Joint pain
Can anyone recommend anything for joint pain from holding/rocking baby? My thumbs/hands/wrists are the worst but also struggling with my back and knees. I’m currently trying all the standard stuff (except for the obvious rest because who gets that luxury!) but didn’t know if anyone could recommend anything that might have worked for them? Whether it’s holding baby differently or something for them or something specifically for joints. Anything would be highly appreciated!
Start taking collagen tablets! I always thought it was just for your skin, but I have something wrong with my joints and my consultant told me to start taking collagen as soon as possible as it’s something that works really well on them! Added bonus of helping your skin, hair and nails postpartum too!
