Want to make new friends that understand postnatal depression

Hi I’m new here I had my son back in September 2024 and was diagnosed with postnatal depression a few weeks ago and I was told to join this group as I just needed women who understand how I’m feeling or can relate to the feelings I am having right now I feel so Im low and I have major Mum guilt all the time. I just sometimes don’t feel like getting up in the morning, but my little one praises me to get out.

I’ve been their twice I’ve got 5 kids now my oldest in 9 in may I have identical twin boys that are 8 in October and a new set of twins 15 weeks old non-identical im a very good listener and would love to chat more xx 😙

I would love to chat I have 4 children two girls 12 and 9 years old and two boys of 6 year and my baby at only 4 months old xx

My son was due December 13th, 2023 but was born October 28th, 2023 he had to spend 3 weeks in NICU without me. I know mom guilt very well. I was diagnosed with Post Partum Depression in January of 2024. It's an everyday battle but the more you work with it and accept it the easier it gets. I'm around if you want to talk.
