in Speech Delay
My 3 year old speaks only when required.
He can repeat almost everything he understands but choses to speak only when he wants or if he needs something. He would not engage in conversations and would only speak if he he requires something. He is antisocial as well.He is very advanced in Maths and Could write from a very young age...Could this be related to autism?

Yes, and having him around kids his own age. It's not an overnight success but you'll see progress.
@Reeta okay he would speak everything but only if it's related to his needs otherwise not...
It's hard to have kids as he doesn't have any siblings and we have migrated to another country only person he sees is me and my husband and watches TV
