Did zofran stop working for you after a while?

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks and I feel like it’s not helping anymore. I’m 11 weeks and I just feel constantly nauseous and like my stomach is unsettled even with the medication.

If you feel it stopped working it’s possible that in the beginning you kinda anticipated that it would start making you feel better so it could’ve been a little bit of a placebo affect that’s wearing off? Idk I was on Zofran for a while and didn’t love it. I kept getting pumped to a higher dosage because I didn’t feel any different, It just gave me issues. Sorry your feeling that way though 🤍 def communicate it with your doctor

I was prescribed Zofran pre pregnancy as an emergency med for nausea spells from my chronic illnesses, so when I became pregnant with severe morning sickness my obgyn switched me onto a med called “bonjesta” and told me to stop taking Zofran so that Zofran would still be effective for me once I was no longer pregnant.

You know what I just realized my entire first comment I thought you were talking about Zoloft I got the two mixed up my bad disregard 😭 out here outing my mental illnesses lol

@Autumn z named meds fuck me up too bro LMFAOOO

Side note; The dissolving version of zofran works the best btw it’s normally 8mg & id take it in halves The oral like normal lil oval shaped tiny pill is only 2-4mg depending but those don’t work as quickly or as well for me personally even before pregnancy lmfao

@Parker 又 I’m taking the dissolving one. It seems to help for a few hours then just drops off and supposedly it’s an 8 hour dosage

I’d try halving it!!! Cause then when you feel it start to wear off you can take the other half. If that doesn’t help I’d say reach out to your doctor & explain how it’s been going :/
