Diarrhoea

Is diarrhoea a sign labour is coming? I’ve been having practice contractions on and off but it’s never really turned into anything then I woke up before 6am and had to run to the toilet with diarrhoea. It’s only been one time but I read it might be the start of labour, anyone else had this before?

Hey! I have been the same, constipated my whole pregnancy now the total opposite for the last week 🫣😂 I have read it is a sign xx

@Charlotte how many weeks are you? I’m 37+3. Can only hope this is the start because I’m not sure I can do another 2 weeks of this 🤣🙈

I know exactly how you feel, this last bit seems to be going on forever! I am 37 weeks! 💘 I have officially never been this pregnant either as my first pregnancy was a planned c section at 36 weeks and 5 due to an issue with my placenta. Also no idea what going into labour is like 😂

Yes and no. It's normal to have loose stools closer to the end because not much room and baby is pushing on everything but it can also be a sign for labour because some people get a "clear out" I've had loose stool recently twice in one day but that was like a week ago. At the same time wirh my first I had a clear out before going into establish labour x

I can relate to this so much! I was constipated for ages. Then the past 2 weeks have diarrhoea!! I am 37+3!!

I've been the same for last few days and I'm 37+4
