I’m not a GP but it looks sore! I think could be a reaction to something as it doesn’t seem like teething rash to me but I’d take to GP to see what they think!

She’s been so grumpy today too! I mean she’s only been awake 3 hours but she won’t be out down and won’t stop crying!

When my babies have had teething cheek it's never looked sore, it's just looked red and a bit warm. So I'd say this isnt teething.

@Sophie thank you! It’s really warm bless her and she is wanting her teething monkey all the time. Xx

@Alisha awh bless her see if GP can see her xx

My little has had this on and off for the last week or so. We're going to see her GP this morning

Ours has had similar the last 2 weeks on and off but smaller patch, seems to be related to the cold weather. Not bothering him though

Is it slap cheek? I agree it doesn’t look like teething rash x

Update: our GP said eczema *not medical advice obviously* but my little's looked exactly the same

Thank you mums. She was grumpy this morning but the rest of the day got better. She had a poo that I wasn’t really happy with as well. So I think I’m gonna stop the transition, see if it goes down and then see if there is that correlation there. I may be over thinking it but I don’t want to continue on the milk ladder and then really cause her any upse. Otherwise I’ll contact the GP. She isn’t upset by the cheek, like I can touch it and whatever but I just don’t like the texture, heat and colour of it. Xx
