It goes back to normal but sometimes comes right back to bite you in the ass. I listen to music or reach out to a friend or family member. Ik my fiance didn't/doesn't understand that from me as well he's family also is the same way it's just in my head it isn't a big deal etc

Thanks dr

Self care. Try beef organ supplements. There are also hormone change supplements on Amazon. It's a huge hormone drop when you give birth. It can take up to 2 years for things to go back to normal. Are you breast feeding too?

I’m going through the same and it’s really hard talking with people on here held a bit. I’ve also attention PSI session which offer postpartum depression and anxiety groups where other women join and kinda share what they’re going through

Yes, your life will go back to normal. It is very very hard. Take small strides each day whether that is a 2 minute meditation or 2 minute walk whatever you enjoy. You need to take breaks when and if possible. If anyone offers to help, accept help!

@Amber yes I am breast feeding . So supplements are not good right

Hmmm thank you
