11m sleep issues

My LO is 11m old and is having issues with sleeping. She was excellent at sleeping until 9/10 months but since learning to crawl, stand and cruise, she fights naps ( I can only get her to sleep in the car), screams for going to sleep at night, frequent night wakings, early rising and just seems quite fussy. Rocking her to sleep doesn't seem to work anymore as she just screams and wriggles. Has anyone else's LO been through this and if so, any tips?

We’ve been though this and it went on for about a month it was tough but touch wood she’s started sleeping through again! I put it down to sleep regression, which was tough as we’ve not had anything like this before xx

Thank you @Callie . Did you do anything different or just ride it out. We're naps and going to sleep awful too?

We just rode it out she did end up coming into our bed most nights just for ease as it was the quickest way to settle her to sleep again. She then became hard to even settle in our bed and be wide awake so we persevered in her room which could take 2/3 hours! Naps she did fight and I would have to leave the room (she was happy in her cor playing) then when she started singing I would go in and give her a cuddle and she would then fall asleep eventually. Xx
