Floor bed suggestions

I’m moving my bed sharing 1 year old to her own room and it’s really not happening in the cot. I spoke to my friend who’s a sleep consultant and said it’s probably too big a jump from a bed to a cot and I was looking at a floor bed to put in her room to get her used to the room I could sleep in it with her then start leaving her to sleep in it alone . The sides don’t look very high on them though so I’m wondering how will it keep her safe as it looks like she could easily get over the top? She can’t walk but can crawl and pulls herself up easily and looks over the side of her cot now. Will it keep her safe if I’m not in the room or is the idea to use the cot again after she’s used to the room? Does anyone have any suggestions of good ones to buy that are reasonably priced? Thank you 🙏🏽

We got one from roomix. We got it without the railings on the side she gets in from. We moved her to it at 15 months, she’s 22 months now and she’s gotten out of it maybe 5 times during the night, and those were just because she’d woken up scared and ran to her bedroom door. The main thing to check is that the room is baby proofed and furniture is anchored to the wall.

We got the ikea Kura and its been amazing as it grows with them, to begin with we just popped the mattress on the floor (sides on the floor too) which lasted us years and then as my son got older (4 years) he’s moved to a bunk bed but we also have a mattress on the bottom in case he ever wants to sleep there. Well worth the money in my opinion!
