Difficult nappy changes- suggestions please

My 11m LO will not stay still long enough for mx to change her nappy and clothes. As soon as I lay her down, she rolls and tries to stand. It's got yo the point where yesterday there was mess everywhere with me trying to contain her and change her nappy. I've tried distraction, singing, talking to her, toys, even my phone. She just wants to roll and stand but it's got yo the point where I can't change her nappy alone and my husband has to help when he's there. I try to stay calm but it is so frustrating and a simple poo nappy change can take 10-15 minutes to change now Does anyone have any suggestions or product recommendations that I could try please?
