Vitamin

What vitamins is everyone using now? I’ve always used the wellbaby liquid which I know goes up to 4 but what are the best chewy ones in people’s opinion

My daughter has the basset’s multivitamins, there 3-6 years one and she loves them! Not too expensive on Amazon either xx

Ooh I was going to ask this too!! My LO doesn’t always drink her bed time milk now and that’s when we did the liquid vitamins. Will have a look at the Bassett chew ones!

Mighty Kids Children Liposomal Multivitamin and Biocare children multivitamin are the only ones I’d recommend as a nutritional therapist x

@Dominique why is that out of curiosity

@Kayleigh the nutrients are in their most bioavailable form- so they don’t just turn into expensive pee. Minimal binders, fillers or excipients. Clinically researched doses. Liquid /powder forms easy to administer and they taste nice.

@Dominique that would explain why they are soo expensive 😆. Sounds good I will look into that type

@Kayleigh we take mighty kids. They show lots of research of the benefits on their Instagram. They offer rewards so when you get enough points you can get money back on your purchase, plus they do multiple purchase discounts too. It’s expensive but I found if i invest in anything it’s our health ❤️ I take some of them too and waiting for them to release the adults multi vitamin 🤣

@Kayleigh I’ve just looked into these Mighty Kids Supplements and they are made by someone who hasn’t even gone to university for a proper degree. They literally just did an online nutrition course. There is no scientific evidence behind them working. They are only able to be sold by non-specialised stores. There is no backing for these supplements by proper fully medical trained health professionals. Because of this I would steer clear of them and stick to vitamins recommended by Drs etc due to the testing they have to go through in order to be recommended by them.

@Cheryl thank you that’s good advice. When I looked into them myself it didn’t really come up with much! I also realised that they had not gone through any medical means of testing which is surely the purpose of them to give our children the best means if they refuse a good diet! Bassets seems to come up high a lot of the time when compared to other supplements which is many!

If you have any concerns about mighty kids I would message them directly their responses are always excellent and explain a lot. There is scientific data. I can vouch for them because it’s been two months and there has been a huge difference for both myself and my son.

Also doctors in general only recommend the ones that contain only vitamin d a and c in general, it’s not that they don’t back mighty vitamins it’s that they say this is all that is absolutely necessary. In my son’s case he deffo needed a boost in addition to the standard vitamins which I don’t think were even being absorbed.
