Best nappies?

I’m due in April and starting to think about stocking up on nappies. Which brand would you say are the best? I’ve heard Aldi are good.

Aldi are good. The newborn packs are 75p each so you don't have to worry too much about spreading the cost! I had loads and loads of them and my baby grew out of size 1 pretty quickly so I would say don't get too many in one go. In the newborn stages we were going through about 10 a day

I spent so much money trying to find the best ones with my first. Tried all the high brands and in the end I found the best ones to be aldi’s. 75p a pack too! So I’ve been stocking up with them again for my boy due in April xx

I found Aldi packs for in the day and then Pampers for at night for longer stretches when they're asleep. My LO is 11m and I still use Pampers at nights to avoid any accidental leaking (though you will change them more regularly at night to start with). If you have a small baby (which I did- 5.5lbs) the only nappies that would fit well for a while were pampers tiny baby...but otherwise if you have a normal weight newborn, Aldi are really good.

@Joanne this is exactly what I did

I found Aldi nappies leaked for us, I’ve been using the Tescos own brand and am getting on well with them, it’s less than 2 pound for 50 nappies

All babies are different shapes and sizes, we tried a few different ones and found Sainsbury's to be the best for us. So my recommendation would be to get nappies from the places you usually shop and try them out before committing to one type.

We have settle on Nutmeg ultra dry from Morrisons. All other nappies leaked for us. These have been great. He’s sleeping through the night with 0 leaks x

If you get pamper, Asda always have a deal on where big packs are 2 for £18 or £19. Works out a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

I've started buying them from Aldi, size 2, not bothering with size 1 because the 2s are for babies 6-13lb anyway. I work in childcare with babies and the only issue I've ever come across is that pampers can sometimes be quite tacky on their skin and make them a little sore. X

Sainsburys x
