3 year old having nightmares a lot
My son is 3 he keeps having nightmares i have spoken to him about it and he says monsters are in his room ,he has a night light sleeps with his teddy,he hasn’t ever watched anything that’s not his age or scary ,he doesn’t play any games that are scary honestly don’t know what to do

Same here, she had one the other night where she said the walls were closing in on her.. what the hell! She sleeps in our bed from about 11pm we don't want to force her to stay alone
@Maria ye my son comes into my bed at about 12 every night but he talks about it a lot and he keeps saying i die i don’t know where that has come from ,i googled it though 😂i have had a baby so maybe he’s feeling it a little

Same, very often my son will come to my bed in morning hours. I don’t think there’s a lot we can do at this stage as it’s pretty normal. Their imagination is running wild. I told him he can tell the monsters to go away because he’s bigger and stronger than them and it works half the time 🤷🏼♀️
