Repeating
If I ask my son something or even say something to him he repeats what I am saying back to me literally word for word. It’s not all the time but majority of the time does anyone else’s child do this at all?

Yes, it’s extremely common. Is he showing other behaviours which would indicate autism?

How old is your son? It’s called echolalia and my 3 year old does this - they are awaiting assessment for autism (I am also autistic), but not all children who do this are necessarily neurodivergent.
