Spotting while pregnant

Hi all! Has anyone experienced lite spotting during the early second trimester (14weeks)? I went in for an emergency ultrasound after having some red blood when I wiped and baby was fine but we didn’t find the cause. Lasted a very brief time. Just nervous something bad is going to happen and would love some reassurance and to know if anyone else experienced this.
