My hair fell out quite a bit before pregnancy then it slowed down during pregnancy and then around 4m PP, I have to empty the drain after each shower, I find my hair everywhere, including in the baby’s nappy and under his neck sometimes too 😂 I wear my hair up 95% of the time and it’s still no better 😂 plus I have curly hair too and it’s quite long 💀🙃 I’m sure there’s that rosemary oil on TikTok I’ve seen people using, can’t comment if it’s true or not. I’d probably go to pharmacy and get the pharmacist advice or even hairdressers? It does ease down/stop after a few months so I’ve been told by my friends who’ve had babies before me!

I’m exactly the same. I hairbrush is full after brushing, then I wash it and loose as much again. My hair has gone so thin. I changed my shampoo recently and that seems to have slowed it down. I now use Bedhead resurrection shampoo and conditioner and use Aussie hair oil. I’m going the heat dressers to tomorrow for a good cut, so fingers crossed that helps. I’ll ask to see if they have any recommendations ☺️ Gets me down at times- my hair use to be so thick.xx

@Ellie I'm the same, it's everywhere! Between me and the dog, the hoover has never been so abused 😂 I'm hoping it stops soon, or I feel like I'll be bald 😭

@Shel thank you! I'll maybe look into different shampoo. It's so disheartening isn't it!

Don’t stop your prenatal vitamins after giving birth especially if you are breastfeeding

Mine only lasted 4-6m pp and it started growing in again. I take multis, hair skin nails, and another hair vitamin, and a collagen powder into my coffee. I’m very anal w my vitamins. It’s thin, and not as full as during pregnancy, but I’m not losing much either I think mines more age-related rather than PP related. So I’m more strict w my vitamins and skin/hair care at my age. I’m growing Rosemary, and I heard Rosemary water is really good for hair too, I just need to boil it and put it in a spray bottle which I haven’t done yet.
