I’ve been taking folic acid, co0q10 & vitex, did you fall pregnant soon after taking them?

I would recommend starting a good prenatal rather than just folic acid. And i probably wouldn’t take vitex unless you need it. I did take it last time I was Ttc and have started it again now to increase my luteal phase which is only 8 or 9 days. The vitex can take 2 or 3 months to take full effect. The coQ10 is for improving egg quality and new eggs take about 3 months to mature so I’d say expect it all to have its full effect by 3 months. Last time I was trying to conceive I did conceive 3 or 4 months after starting all that

The Dr told me the only main ones really are folic acid and vitamin d

@Jessica yeah I did use conceive plus but the I couldn’t get on with the taste. Yeah apparently I have low progesterone cause I spotted before my last 2 periods and apparently that coukd be a sign. So I thought why not start lol. I’m having bloods done tomorrow just to make sure everything is balanced. Oh wow so you conceived quick then. I’m on month 7ttc with taking about 2 month break in between. So I’m hoping that helps. Heard that maca root and evening primrose oil is quite good? Have you tried them?

@Ruth oh really? How did you get on with just them?? Xx

@OnlyUseThisForTrackerlol oh really? How comes you managed to get that? See I can’t get mucinex in the Uk? Do you know where I coukd get some?? Xx
