@Asha u make tuna noodle casserole way different then me but I can’t eat tuna rn since I’m pregnant n it grosses me out😭

@Danielle I’ve tweaked it lmaooo I HATE American / velveeta and that’s what my grandma uses I hate skipjack it’s so stringy And I DESPISE peas lmaooo Shells hold all the goodness And I use cream of celery, onions, garlic, celery, parsley, salt, pepper, a lil dill every now and again and paprika

@Asha I don’t think I even put cheese, but I use egg noodles, can tuna, bag of frozen veggies, cream of mushroom n cream of chicken, celery, salt n pepper n potato chips on top

@Asha I think I’ll try it with cream of celery tho n maybe more spices lol

@Danielle I’ve never had crunchies on top!

@Asha it’s my fav part! We need the crunch in our house lol

Shepherds pie is my comfort food, especially while pregnant. (My dad says it's technically cottage pie). I have had to have hubby cook the ground beef and air out the kitchen before, but great once made.

I have a simple one. Just sweet and sour meatballs. Soooo good and easy over rice!

I made a gorgeous chicken thigh & chorizo casserole the other day! Bell peppers, chopped tomato’s, baby corn (added towards the end), onions, garlic, chorizo, chicken thigh, smoked paprika, chipotle chilli powder, oregano, salt, pepper & homemade chicken stock and finished with fresh parsley which we had with rice. It was delicious x

Also chunky beef chilli using cubes of beef instead of mince works perfectly in the slow cooker as the beef just ends up falling apart and it’s gorgeous

BBQ chicken 2 tbsp malt vinegar 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp tomato purée 1 tbsp garlic purée 2 tsp smoked paprika  85g brown sugar 500g tomato passata 1 onion 2 peppers 2 chicken breasts 400g tin butter beans Shove it all in, cook for a few hours, then serve with sweet potato chips 🤤

Squash I liked a lot string beans as well

Gumbo 😍 Boil and shred chicken (I usually use two large breasts). Get a package of kielbasa and cut it up. Dice half an onion. Combine all this in a crock pot along with 14 ounces of crushed tomatoes. Add salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste. Cook it on high for three hours or on low for six. Add peeled/deveined shrimp (I use the little small ones that are already cooked) and a bag of frozen okra and cook for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice. 😁
