SUNDAY ROAST!

Herbed Beef Brisket Roast Ingredients: - 4 lb beef brisket - 1 onion, sliced - 4 garlic cloves, minced - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp dried rosemary - 1 tbsp dried thyme - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1 cup beef broth Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Rub brisket with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs. 3. Arrange onion slices in a roasting pan and place brisket on top. 4. Pour broth into pan and roast for 3-4 hours, until very tender. 5. Let rest 15 mins before slicing against the grain. Nutrition (Serves 8): Calories: 570 Carbs: 4g Protein: 60g Fat: 35g

Sounds good.. My stuff be soo basic and we jus go with the flow and cook whatever is on our mind within a few hr span basically. Or that day. We never really meal plan or prep.. Hope w get better at it esp crockpot meals because we get home late and b eating late... 😩😩😒😒 This seems like a gud crockpot meal too..
