Does anyone know of a Sanitizer safe to use between feeds & nappy changes

Ooo if you are out or something? Any sanitiser is safe?
Pick one that's as close to pure alcohol as possible (as opposed to scented) if you're worried about irritation/allergies etc but essentially any will be safe
