Our menu this week Monday-pork and stuffing cobs Tuesday- chicken burgers and sweet potato fries Wednesday-spaghetti bolognaise Thursday- pork with cous cous salad Friday- scampi chips and mushy peas Saturday sweet and sour chicken balls in seeet and sour sauce with egg fried rice
I’ve been doing hello fresh veggie or high protein options… takes all the thinking out of it! Only do 2 or 3 meals a week with them and then rotate other basics: chicken traybake dishes or pasta dishes etc.
I pick out recipes from Mob and then build my shopping list based on those meals. Means we get variation and I don’t have to think about it too much! I purposely choose quick and easy dishes as normally I cba, although recently I’ve been in more of a cooking mood. Left to my own devices I would just eat a piece of bread and cheese and call it day lol
