Exercise after a c section

Wanting to start losing weight... been walking the last 2.5 months since I had a c section.. but just not losing anything and staying at the same weight. So want to start jogging again.. when did everyone start jogging / running after theirs? Did you just slowly introduce higher intensity exercise and if your area of the scar hurt / was tender or any other side effects then slowed it down again? How do I know when to slowly introduce things again? Doctors said my scar is all healed on the outside and I feel fine in myself it's just tender every now and then which I think is normal... I just get tired after a long walk but feel fine during... so assuming I'm good to slowly start like one jog a week maybe? Any advice would be appreciated?

Yeah I would just start off slow. Maybe jog lightly then slowly go into running and if you ever feel pain or uncomfortable then just step back. I would also suggest eating healthy cut back on sugar and fats. Eat lots of protein. I think your plans are pretty good. Stop when tired and continue the next day

I saw a women’s health physio who said to wait 3 months before jogging even if recovery is going perfectly, and that’s if you were a regular jogger beforehand.
