Insomnia?

Any one else just can’t sleep? I wake up after about 3 hours sleep EVERY night and just can not go back to sleep! The problem is the next day I am then so tired that it starts to make me feel unwell so I have to go to sleep (so just staying up and being very tired the next night doesn’t seem to be an option), I then can’t sleep again the next night it’s a vicious circle! 😩😩😩 I also work full time and have an almost 4 year old so it’s really becoming a problem 😭 anyone in the same boat or have any advice?

Yes I have been like this for last few days. Wake up after a few hours sleep and then taking me hours to get back to sleep because either wide awake or doesn’t matter how I lay cannot get comfortable. Only thing I have found that has helped a bit is literally going to bed when honestly struggling to stay awake and then seem to sleep just that little bit longer but not by much xx

Yes feel this so deeply. I have started to take liquid iron pre bed time and a glass of milk and that is helping a little. But yes I was painting our lounge at 3am Friday night. Missing having naps due to work and a toddler. I'm actually looking forward to the newborn wakeups because at least they're for a reason!

I feel this. A lot. I have been like this for a couple of months. I wake every 2 hours or so. And then it often takes me 1-2 hours to fall back to sleep again. It’s awful. I usually end up having food and a drink which can help a bit. Currently awake for the 3rd time at 4am! Keep strong 🩷
