Potty training

Is anyone’s toddler is fully potty trained? Can someone share how long did it take you ? We are currently off nappies in the day and she’s doing really well, but am terrified with car journeys , how do I take her out and about without nappy?

yeah we are, took about 3/4 until we stopped having accidents constantly, we still get the occasional accident for leaving the house we do knickers with a pull up over the top so she can still feel when she’s wet but the whole outfit doesn’t need to be changed and we take a travel potty, if we’re doing something that she’s quite distracted like we went to the farm the other day we just make sure every 45minutes to an hour we go to the toilet and sit on the potty and we always make sure it’s the last thing we do before we get in the car and the first thing we do when we get out x

Hey Georgina! 3/4 weeks or months? We are off nappy for one week now, and she is doing great, no more wet pants at home, she is so cleaver , however am so terrified to take her out without one 😅

We’re started right after new years and she’s mostly good when she’s with us. We only use pull up with knickers on top (rebranded as night kickers) for overnight. She struggles at nursery (fomo). But going out is generally fine- we do checks before leaving any location and when getting any where so she has tons of chances. When possible we leave right after she’s gone to reduce the risk while we’re in transit. Also we sometimes use/bring something called a carry potty. We’re still learning but hope this helps!
