You’ll do great! Just go at your own speed, I know orange theory can be intimidating if you’re staring back up but just do what you can! 💪🏽 ultimately you’ll feel better afterwards!
@Melodie I went and I was actually depressed the whole day because I was exhausted. But I only slept two hours and did a hard workout so I am proud of myself. Never again though. Next time I need to sleep enough

Thanks for the votes. I will like some encouragements please. I am thinking about taking a 5am orange theory fitness class tomorrow morning and I am kind of anxious because I can’t really sleep. I am both anxious and excited to start all over again
