Rhesus negative and fall

Hi, hoping someone can help. I’m rhesus negative and was at the doctors for my 30 week check. I was lying on the bed like the person in the picture and the top part that was propped up fell underneath me and I went backwards. Bump wasn’t touched and didn’t move a great distance but I got a shock, banged my head and now I’m wondering if I would need anti D for it? Doctor was very apologetic but didn’t say anything about it and now I am stressed
