Burning sensation in stitches

Gave birth on 23rd and was recovering so fast no pain no complications. Had 2nd degree tear. Today I pick up something heavy which mid moving it I realized my mistake but felt I am half committed so finished the move. Honestly wasn’t that heavy just for my current situation was too much. Like couple hour later bend over to pick up a tissue from floor and I feel that did some damage to a stitch. I can sit on it and randomly I feel a sharp pain and burning sensation on a specific area. Feel one of the stitches are causing this.

Not sure if you used the peri bottle or the tucks but they were life savers for me and ice packs. I had a 2nd degree tear as well and anytime I felt I did a little damage I went right back to using those 3 things until it felt better again.

Same as above comment! Also I'm 11 days pp and used an ice pack last night even though I haven't used one in about a week. I had a 2nd degree tear and still use tucks and a peri bottle. Plan on it for another few weeks. It helps! Take it easy. I know easier said than done. I noticed my pain was more intense if I had a "busy" day moving around.

i had a 3rd degree fear and this happened to me. i just went back to my trusty ice packs and restarted using witch hazels pads! 🩷 i hope you heal quickly! ☺️
