Really?! That’s good to hear, how was your recovery?
My c section was amazing there, it was not planned but my surgeon was great, she made me feel so comfortable and supported when it was something I was really scared about having
Yeah couldn’t fault them at all which I know is not always the case in Broomfield! It wasn’t too bad actually 😊
I felt good so quickly, I’m 10 weeks post surgery now and feel really well healed. I think I was really lucky but within a few hours I was able to get up and shower and didn’t find it too hard looking after baby that night, the post natal ward could have been more supportive as my partner couldn’t stay with my but after the not so nice walk to the car I then felt quite good walking around the house the following day.
Also had an elective back in July and it was lovely, I was dreading it but everyone was so kind and it was actually a pleasant experience!!
It was amazing, had the most lovely team who made me feel so at ease. Anaesthetist was funny, had general chat throughout until he told me when/might feel any additional pressure which I didn't feel! Recovery was super quick too!
Thank you so much!
How was everyone’s recoveries?
I did in July and it was absolutely fine. Had an emergency section there in 2021 and it was much nicer to be planned.
Surgery wise they are good, care wise I can’t stand Broomfield, I was left 16 weeks ago with no loo roll after my C-section the whole time I was in there even after asking multiple times, my baby was labelled with the wrong name, my baby was sick and they didn’t catch it til he almost needed blood transfusion even laughing in my face, they for a feeding tube without needing to..I now go Colchester for his care as Broomfield are shocking xx
I did and it was amazing!
