How many weeks early is it safe for a baby survival been a premiee

I think 24 weeks is the earliest but I’m not really sure. I do know a girl that had her son at 26 weeks and he is now 6 years old. But it was a very long stay in the nicu and she about lost him a few different times but got very lucky and he survived. Also I’m adding for the most part they try to stop labor up to 35 weeks if they can to give you better odds.

Chances are higher for 24 weeks and up but there is no guarantee of survival and the multitudes of health issues that goes with very early preemies.

21-22 minimum have survived

Ok thanks ladies because I'm having bad complications at 13w 3d and my doc was saying she wants to induce me early in my 20 something not exactly 29 but 20 something weaks and I'm scared never had that happen before
