Do you guys do exercise for diastasis recti?

I think I have DR, diastasis recti. Ab speration. I'm trying out the deep breathing. I used to do some abdominal crunches and it made DR worse I think so I have to back track and do the proper exercises to flatten out stomach and strengthen my core to regain my full mobility. Are you guys doing exercises 3-5 times a week as recommended for DR?

Everyone has DR, is just a matter of how it builds back. How Long postpartum are you? Have you talked to a physio?

Pelvic floor PT

I definitely recommend pelvic floor PT for all my clients and then doing what’s prescribed. Personal trainer here. I was able to get in the habit of incorporating the exercises into my daily routine, even when I’m laying around at night.

Went to my obgyn about this and she has me doing pelvic floor physical therapy. It's hard to find the time. But it helps!
