Legs up after sex to help you get pregnant.

I don't think there is a science behind it but it worked for me.

Both times my so put my legs up we got pregnant 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hum I was tempted to say myth ,but to be fair, I got pregnant when using the menstrual cup method, so basically keeping the "swimmers" inside as much as possible. So same principle than keeping your legs up....in any case that doesn't hurt to try

My first attempt (laying down, legs up and such) it took like 2 months. Then with my 2nd pregnancy I was…(on top) then jumped off lol so idk tbh. I think it might be a thing.

it’s a myth! sperm gets where it needs to be within seconds - even if you stood up straight away after sex it wouldn’t make a difference scientifically x

I feel like it worked for us. We were trying for awhile before I started keeping my legs up. Once I did, I got pregnant within a few months.

I think as long as you stay still for 10-15 min after it all works the same. It’s just when you immediately stand up and walk around like gravity can make it harder 😂 it may totally be a myth but for me once I started staying still for 10 min or so after sex it only took like 3 months to get pregnant

I laid on bed for 30 mins on my phone with both and that helped in my head atleast x

Never have, lucky to fall pregnant first time when we’ve tried 🤷🏻‍♀️ The science and research I’ve seen tend to conclude it doesn’t make any difference to conception, but of course there will be anecdotal evidence for either way!

I remeber I used to put my legs up for 10-15 mins but I thought it was just a coincidence when I fell pregnant. So, I want to try again for my next baby but not sure if it will work??? So, far it’s been 6 months of trying and nothing yet… so I’ll try putting my legs up and I’ll come back to this chat if it does work!

You guys don’t need to pee after sex? 🤯 I get up to pee (because I need to pee 😂) after every single time I have sex so I’ve never put my legs up but the 3rd one, this boy, was conceived in one go lol but my body didn’t have any birth control to get rid of, it clung to that semen like it’s last breathe lol. It was a “foreign substance” to my body only that one time 😂
