Birth control with little side affects?
I’m getting off my nexoplan I feel like I don’t think as clear and have memory issues. Anyone have recommendations on wht they use?

I recently removed my non hormonal IUD. I had that bad boy in for 10yrs and I very little side effects.
I also had a great experience with the copper IUD
