Blueberry šŸ« & Chia homemade jam

Ingredients: šŸ’«Cup of frozen blueberries šŸ’«Cup of water šŸ’«Level tablespoon of chia seeds (Double ingredients if you want a full jar) Method: šŸ„£Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. šŸ„£ Let it cool down šŸ„£ Blend and pop in empty air tight jar Store in the fridge for 3/4 days ( never lasts this long for us šŸ˜…) So tasty on toast, yoghurt and porridge for baby ( and mama , I add a little honey to mine when serving for myself. Babies shouldnā€™t have honey under 1 ) šŸ’›
