Idk if that’s all it is, but I think it plays a part. When you look good you feel good. Whether you’re taking time for skin care, dressing better than a tee and sweats, getting your hair done, nails, hot long shower or bubble bath, etc Etc etc
Same here, made it worse when I tried my pre pregnancy jeans. Like the numbers on the measuring tape made feel fat. But my husband always reminds me that I just gave birth to a beautiful baby so I have to give myself some grace. Then i started getting ready somehow to look more put together rather than being on my sweat pants and messy hair, it helps a little bit with my confidence.
I just had my 4th baby myself and I was really confident before about my body like wearing nice clothes, hair nails the lot.. but now I mean I'm not overweight but definitely not body confident right now I wear leggings t shirts hoodies.. I'm trying to loose weight even though I dont really need too x
