Creole fried shrimp 🍤 on a fresh baked hot dog bun, homemade fried mozzarella and cabbage with smoked turkey and smoked chicken
Hot dog Bun was made with organic flours, free of preservatives, absolutely no dough conditioners and free of all artificial ingredients

@Yasmina what do you use to fry your shrimp ?
@Terriana I lightly season my raw cleaned deveined shrimp and then dip it in egg yolk then in the Louisiana batter or McCormick…sometimes I double batter them…I am going to start using sprouted Spelt flour and will season that because it’s healthier
